Project Background

CNCRD is a group of young entrepreneurs with a love for exclusive and limited edition sneakers that opened a platform for a better regulation of the aftermarket sneakers marketplace.

Challenges

The current Malaysian aftermarket sneaker marketplace is unregulated, which can make it difficult for consumers to find authentic products. While there are foreign platforms, import costs and the associated inconvenience of shipping inventory make it an unattractive solution for Malaysian consumers.

Problem solving with design thinking workshop

Lizard Global created a digital platform that will establish CNCRD as the premier aftermarket (exclusive) sneaker sales platform in the region by having a high-end two-sided marketplace that enables personalized matching based on different set preferences by the different users on the platform.

Conclusion

Lizard Global and CNCRD created a web application that establish CNCRD as the premier aftermarket (exclusive) sneaker e-commerce. The digital solution is developed specifically for the sellers and buyers, and solves the problem of the current Malaysia's unregulated aftermarket sneakers marketplace.
