Project Background

Eco Planeta is a family business that provides electric low-speed vehicle rental solutions to residents of gated communities. They differentiate themselves through additional services: maintenance and repairs.

Challenges

Eco Planeta is currently using three different applications to manage their rentals with their customers, making them difficult to monitor their carts' availability and creating a longer and unnecessarily complicated customer journey.

Problem solving with design thinking workshop

Together with Lizard Global, Eco Planeta is looking to create a custom solution to automate booking processes and their respective operational processes including payment, digital signing, damage handling, and more.

Renters can quickly and seamlessly submit their signatures online without the hassle of signing a physical document.

Automated Delivery and Pickup Flow

Operations can capture real-time proof of delivery, send notifications, and provide ETAs for a smoother cart management process.

Damage Handling

Operations can easily create claims, file a damage report, and notify customers digitally without any communicative friction.
