Gyrafit is an innovative medical technology provider specializing in dynamic, customizable orthotic solutions. Their product features a patented heel system and a unique flexible arch support shell that adjusts in real time to how a user's foot interacts with the ground through each phase of the stepping cycle. Unlike static, traditional insoles, Gyrafit's hardware offers responsive support meant to actively correct posture and mitigate systemic biomechanical issues.

The feet act as the foundational base for the entire human body, meaning poor foot alignment frequently triggers a domino effect of unexplainable ailments, including chronic knee, hip, and debilitating back pain. Despite the efficacy of Gyrafit's patented physical orthotics, the client faced a major hurdle in scalability and user adoption: they lacked a digital infrastructure to help doctors, orthopedists, and everyday users efficiently manage, customize, and understand these complex adjustments. To bridge this gap and successfully secure the funding required for full-scale development, Gyrafit needed a deeply researched, comprehensive digital conceptualization and a visually compelling, highly functional application design that could clearly demonstrate how patients would safely interact with their physical product.

Lizard Global engineered a sophisticated, investor-ready digital concept and UI/UX design strategy tailored specifically to Gyrafit’s unique hardware mechanics. The resulting app blueprint functions as an app-supported self-service ecosystem, built to guide patients through receiving, configuring, and reusing low-cost custom orthotics without requiring constant, costly in-person consultations. The design explicitly maps out educational modules that teach users exactly how to safely adjust their patented heel and arch systems, alongside a centralized dashboard concept meant to keep healthcare providers seamlessly connected to patient progress.
