The SHFT founder, Adam is a tech-driven entrepreneur who is passionate to narrow the employability gap between fresh grads' and employers. SHFT is an E-learning platform that looks to equip fresh graduates with industry-level knowledge and competencies. Together with the client, we brainstormed on the best way to solve this issue.
Challenges
Malaysia has an employment gap. This is due to a skills and qualification mismatch between employers and applicants. Thus, job searchers want to gain skills but lack the suitable platform or individuals to connect with, so they rely on their own networks.
